Being a By-law to exempt certain parts of
Plan M-1057 from part lot control

The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering, pursuant
to the provisions of Section 29, Subsection 5 of The Planning Act,
R.S.O. 1970, c.349, as amended, hereby enacts as follows:
1. Subsection 4 of Section 29 of The Planning Act,
R.S.O. 1970, c.349 does not apply to the registered
lots that are described as follows:
Registered Plan M-1057 - Lots 159 to 161 inclusive
Lots 177 to 188 inclusive
Lots 197 to 199 inclusive
This By-law shall not come into effect until approved by the
Minister of Housing.
