A By-law of the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering to designate
certain highways within the Town
of Pickering as "through highways"
and to amend By-law 353/76
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS By-law Number 353/76 of the Town of Pickering designates
certain highways within the Town of Pickering as "through highways",
and
WHEREAS it is desirable to amend By-law Number 353/76
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that Schedule "A" of By-law Number
353/76 is hereby amended by the addition of the following:
HIGHWAY
Joseph Street
Lane Street
FROM
East limit of
Brock Road
East limit of
Brock Road
TO
West limit of
Franklin Street
East terminus
of Lane Street
Henry Street West limit of East limit of
Brock Road William Street
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
