Being a By-law to amend By-law 142/74
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Subsection (d) of Section 12 of By-law 142/74
is hereby repealed and the following substituted therefor:
(d) No person shall be entitled to hold more
than one taxicab owner's licence or
limousine owner's licence.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
