THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER 3.ry 7L
Being a By-law to designate certain highways
within the Town of Pickering as "through
highways".
WHEREAS Clause 33 of Subsection 1 of Section 1 of The Highway
Traffic Act, defines "through highway" as a highway or part
of a highway designated as such by the Minister or by by-law
of a municipality and every such highway shall be marked by
a stop sign or yield right-of-way sign in compliance with the
regulations of the Ministry;
WHEREAS it is desirable to amend By-law Number 353/76;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that Schedule 1 of of By-law Number
353/76 is here by amended by the relocation of existing
Stop signs as follows:
