Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to
authorize the execution of an
Offer to Purchase between the
Town and Paul John Karch and Paul
Toomsalu
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be
authorized to execute an Offer to Purchase
between the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Paul John Karch and Paul Toomsalu
with respect to property being Part of Part 3
of RD Plan 366, Lot 19, Range III, Town of
Pickering.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
day of /??? ?IOL, 1976.
