Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of a Site Plan Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Erwin Burchert relative to Land Division
Committee Decisions 114/76, 115/76 and
116/76 with respect to Lots 28, 29, 30
and 31, Plan 283, Town of Pickering
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
a Site Plan Agreement between the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and Erwin Burchert
relative to Land Division Committee Decisions
114/76, 115/76 and 116/76 with respect to
Lots 28, 29, 30 and 31, Plan 283, Town of
Pickering.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this 3 day of ?,;„iyp ,rti , 1976.
