THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute an Offer to Purchase from Reed Lumber
Company Limited with respect to a portion
of Town-owned Industrial Lands, more
particularly described in Registered Plan
40R-3158, Parts 2 and 3, and, to sign any
necessary documents required from this sale.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally PASSED
this day of 1976.
