Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of a Site Plan Agreement between High City
Holdings Limited and The Corporation of the
Town of Pickering with respect to a
Townhouse Development on Eyer and Oklahoma
Drive.
WHEREAS Justine Holdings Limited have changed their
name to High City Holdings Limited;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the Mayor and Clerk be
authorized to execute a Site Plan Agreement between High City
Holdings Limited and The Corporation of the Town of Pickering
with respect to a Townhouse Development on Eyer and Oklahoma
Drive.
By-law Number 452/76 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
