Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of a Site Plan Agreement between Walter
Grieve Limited and the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering with respect to the
development of an automotive centre,
Part Lot 19, Concession 1
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
a Site Plan Agreement between Walter Grieve
Limited and the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering with respect to the development of
an automotive centre on the north-west corner
of Brock Road and Bayly Street (Part Lot 19,
Concession 1).
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 4, day of +.?'.ct t 1976.
