Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of a Consent of Encumbrancers to the
registration of Block D, Plan M-998 under
The Condominium Act.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the Town of Pickering a Consent of Encumbrancers
to the registration of Block D, Plan M-998, Town of
Pickering under The Condominium Act, as set out in Schedule
"B" to the Declaration of the Condominium.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this /tt day of 1976.
