THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER 5 7 L
Being a By-law to amend By-law Number 55/74
prohibiting heavy traffic
WHEREAS By-law Number 55/74 prohibits heavy traffic on certain
highways within the Municipality, and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to restrict further highways
from heavy traffic,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereby enacts as follows:
1. Section 2 of By-law Number 55/74, as amended by
By-law Number 140/74, is hereby further amended by
adding thereto the following:

To
Concession 5 Road Region Road #1 Regional Road #27
(Brock Road) (Altona Road)
2. This By-law shall not take effect until approval
by the Regional Municipality of Durham.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this rl'D day of C?_e?r 1976.
