BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By-law of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to authorize the
execution of an Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Benotor Investments Limited and Bayshore
Colony, with respect to the funding of
the Fairport Secondary Plan.
THE COUNCIL OF THE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute an agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and Benotor Investments Limited and
Bayshore Colony, with respect to the
funding of the Fairport Secondary Plan.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
