Being a by-law to exempt certain
parts of Plan M-1045 from part lot
control.

The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering, pursuant
to Section 29, Subsection 5 of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1970,
Chapter 349, as amended, enacts as follows:
1. Subsection 4 of Section 29 of The Planning Act,
R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 349 does not apply to the
registered lots that are described as follows:
Registered Plan M-1045 - Lots 1 to 12 inclusive.
This By-law shall not come into effect until approved by the
Minister of Housing.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
day of 1976.
