Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to
authorize the execution of a
Subdivision Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and Jalade Investments Limited, and
Paddock Developments Limited
(Part of Lot 30, Registered Plan
Number 509 and all of lots 83 and
84, Registered Plan Number M-997)
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be
authorized to execute a Subdivision Agreement
dated the day of , _, 1976
between the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Jalade Investments Limited and
Paddock Developments Limited (Part of Lot 30,
Registered Plan Number 509 and all of lots
83 and 84, Registered Plan Number M-997).
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
