Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to authorize
the execution of a Licence Agreement
between the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering and Gordon Thomas
Bailey and Mildred Mary Anne Bailey
with respect to a building encroach-
ment on the Town Road Allowance in
the Hamlet of Whitevale
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute a Licence Agreement between the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and Gordon Thomas Bailey
and Mildred Mary Anne Bailey with respect to a
building encroachment on the Town Road Allowance
in the Hamlet of Whitevale, being composed of
that part of the road allowance between Concessions
4 and 5 in the Town of Pickering
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
4h day of 1976.
