BY-LAW NUMBER X17' c
Being a By-law to dedicate a one
foot reserve on Shadybrook Drive
as a Public Highway.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering may pass a
by-law for the establishing and laying out of highway by
R.S.O. 1970, c. 284, Section 443 (1) (a); and
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering authorized
the lifting of the one foot reserve designated as Block E,
Plan M-1057;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering enacts as follows:
1. That Block E, Plan M-1057 is hereby dedicated
as a public highway.
2. Schedule "A" is attached hereto for purposes of
illustration.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED this
14 day of 1976.
