BY-LAW NUMBER 5-7 4' "I C
Being a By-law to dedicate a one foot Reserve
on Downland Drive and White's Road as a
Public Highway.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering, by its
Resolution Number 28/76, Item #2, authorized the lifting
of the one foot reserve on part of Block BX, Plan M-1017,
adjacent to Lot 127, Plan M-1017;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering enacts as follows:
1. That portion of Block BX, Plan M-1017 adjacent to
Lot 127, Plan M-1017 at the intersection of White's
Road and Downland Drive extending from the east
limit of Block BX adjacent to Lot 127 to a point
17.5 feet perpendicularly east of the east street
line of White's Road is hereby dedicated as a
public highway.
2. Schedule "A" is attached hereto for purposes of
illustration.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in open Council
