BY-LAW NUMBER 3t-3
A By-law of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering to number the homes and lots
in Registered Plans M-1045.
WHEREAS R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284, Section 363 (9)
authorized a municipality to pass by-laws to number
houses and lots within its boundaries;
AND WHEREAS homes are now being constructed on
registered plan M-1045 and it is desirable to
assign street numbers to the homes and lots in
this plan;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering that the street
numbers shown in Schedule "A" attached hereto be
designated to the various lots in Plan M-1045.
By-law read a first, second and third time and passed
in open Council this )S; day of !?'ilrj?t`v 1976.
