A By-law of the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering to appoint
members to the Town of Pickering
Public Library Board, and to
repeal By-law Number 161/75
WHEREAS The Public Libraries Act, 1966, under Section 5,
Subsection 2, provides for the appointment of members to a Public
Library Board;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the following persons shall comprise
the Library Board of the Town of Pickering and shall serve for
the term indicated.
1. The following members are hereby appointed for the
periods indicated:
Mr. John Coates to December 31, 1978 (Council)
Mr. D. Kitchen to December 31, 1976 (Council)
Mrs. J. Lawler to December 31, 1978 (Public School)
Mr. H. Wank to December 31, 1978 (Public School)
Mrs. J. Mooney to December 31, 1977 (Separate School)
Mrs. Agnes Blakeley to December 31, 1977 (Separate School)
2. The following shall continue as members for the perbds
indicated:
Mr. W.G. Duncan to December 31, 1977 (Public School)
Mrs. M. Mowbray to December 31, 1976 (Council)
Mr. J.G. Spragge to December 31, 1976 (Council)
By-law Number 161/75 be and the same is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first, second and third time and passed this
