BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a by-law of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to appoint a By-law
Enforcement Officer.
WHEREAS The Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1970, c.284, s. 352.3, provides
in part that by-laws may be passed by the Councils of Municipalities
for appointing such Officers as may be necessary for the purposes
of the Corporation for carrying into effect the provisions of any
act of the legislature or by-law of the Council;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering as follows:
1. Thomas H.A. Howard of the Town of Ajax in the Regional
Municipality of Durham is hereby appointed as the
By-law Enforcement Officer of the Town of Pickering
for the purposes of carrying into effect the provisions
of any act of the legislature or by-law of the Council
requiring same.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED in open
Council this G ?A day of 4Hj)ZVw 1976.
