Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to authorize
the execution of an agreement between
the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Her Majesty the Queen
in right of the Province of Ontario
as represented by the Minister of
Transportation and Communications
with respect to the Roads Needs Study
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute an Agreement between the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and Her Majesty the
Queen in right of the Province of Ontario
as represented by the Minister of Transportation
and Communications with respect to the Roads
Needs Study for the Town of Pickering.
By-law read a first,;second and third time and PASSED this
