Being a By-law to amend By-law Number 266/75
limiting the number of Automobile Service
Stations and Public Garages.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section A of Part 2 of By-law Number 266/75 is hereby
repealed and the following substituted therefor:
A. The number of public garages which may be
operated or used in the Town of Pickering
is limited to 22, being those listed in
Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached hereto.
2. Section B of Part 2 of the said By-law is amended by
adding after the word "Number"in the last line thereof,
the reference "265/75".
3. Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached to the said By-law
is amended by adding thereto the following:
Standard Truck 968 Dillingham Road, G
and Auto Collision Ltd. Unit 3
By-law read a first, second and third time, and PASSED
this 74 t day of ku&l , 1976.
