Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to appoint
members to the Town of Pickering
Committee of Adjustment.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1 of Section 41
of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1970, c. 349, the Council of a
Municipality may by by-law appoint a Committee of Adjustment;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

The following are hereby appointed as members
of the Committee of Adjustment for the periods

The Members shall be paid $30.00 per diem, plus
the sum of 194 per mile (124 per kilometer) for
distance travelled necessarily on Town business.
By-law Number 346/76 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
