Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to
authorize the execution of an
agreement between J.D.S. Invest-
ments Limited, et al and the
Corporation of the Town of
Pickering with respect to the
Primary Development Agreement
for the Pickering Town Centre
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized
to execute a Primary Development Agreement
with respect to the Pickering Town Centre
between J.D.S. Investments Limited, et al
and The Corporation of the Town of
Pickering.
BY-LAW READ A FIRSPSECOND AND THIRD TIME AND PASSED this
