BY-LAW NUMBER 9
Being a by-law to establish fees for documents
and services.
WHEREAS pursuant to subsection (3) of section 237 of The
Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1970, c. 284, as amended, council
shall fix the sum to be paid to the clerk by any person
for copies of awards or other documents, or for any other
services rendered by him;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The fee for photocopies of documents filed in the
office of the clerk shall be $0.25 per page.
2. The fee for information relating to properties in
the Town of Pickering shall be $25.00 per property.
3. This by-law shall take effect on January 1, 1979.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally
passed this 30th day of October, 1978.
