By-Law Number 697/78
Being a By-law to amend By-law 266/75
limiting the number of service stations
and public garages.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering Hereby
Enacts As Follows:
1. Section "A" of Part 2 of By-law Number 266/75 is hereby
repealed and the following substituted therefore:
A. The number of public garages which may be operated or
used in the Town of Pickering is limited to being those
listed in Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached hereto.
2. Schedule 1 to Appendix "A" attached to By-law 266/75 is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Joe's Esso Service #2 Hwy/Rougemount "A" & "F"
and by adding thereto the following:
J & J Krasnik Limited #2 Hwy/Rougemount "A" & "F"
Rene Mongrain, carrying
on business as Rene's
Gas and Snack Bar #7 Highway "All & "H"
3. Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached to By-law 266/75 is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
Carl Kerr, carrying
on business as Kerr's
Kar Kare Brougham Road "F" & "G"
Kenneth Zampaloni,
carrying on business
as Claremont Motors,

By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 2nd day of October 1976.
