BY-LAW NO. 895/78
Being a by-law to amend By-Law 851/78
providing for the regulating of parking,
standing and stopping on highways or
parts of highways under the jurisdiction
of The Corporation of the Town of Picker-
ing and on private and municipal property.
WHEREAS on July 10th, 1978, the Council of The Corporation
of the Town of Pickering enacted By-Law 851/78 providing for
the regulating of parking, standing and stopping on highways or
parts of highways under the jurisdiction of The Corporation of
the Town of Pickering and on private and municipal property;
AND WHEREAS on August 8th, 1978, the Council enacted By-Law
877/78 amending By-Law 851/78;
AND WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to amend further
By-Law 851/78;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town
of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Subsection (5) of section 3 of By-Law 851/78 is here-
by amended by adding thereto the following clause:
(ga) on any boulevard;
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 2nd day of October , 1978.
