BY-LAW NUMBER 869/78
Being a By-law to exempt Block L, Plan
M-1038 from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of subsection 5 of section
29 of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1970, c. 349, as amended, the
council of a municipality may by by-law provide that subsection
4 of the said section does not apply to lands within a plan
of subdivision as designated in the by-law.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Subsection 4 of section 29 of The Planning Act,
R.S.O. 1970, c. 349, as amended, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Registered Plan M-1038 - Block L
2. This By-law shall not come into effect until approved
by the minister of Housing.

READ A THIRD TIME AND PASSED THIS 8th DAY OF August , 1978.
