BY-LAW NUMBER 854/78
Being a by-law to amend By-law 756/78,
appointing a Community Centres Board
to manage and administer certain com-
munity centres and athletic fields
within the Community Recreation Centres
Act and Regulations made thereunder.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering has entered
into a Use and Occupancy Agreement with Ontario Hydro res-
pecting parts of Lot 22, Ranges 2 and 3, Broken Front Con-
cession, for the utilization of those lands for park purposes;
AND WHEREAS the Community Centres Board appointed pursuant
to the provisions of section 1 of By-law 756/78 shall administer
the said lands as an athletic field;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Paragragh 41 of section II of By-law 756/78
is hereby revoked and the following substituted
therefor:
