BY-LAW NUMBER 838/78
Being a By-law to amend By-law 266/75
limiting the number of service stations
and public garages
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section "A" of Part 2 of By-law Number 266/75 is
hereby repealed and the following substituted there-
for:
A. The number of public garages which may be operated
or used in the Town of Pickering is limited to
42 being those listed in Schedule 2 to Appendix "A"
attached hereto.
2. Schedule 1 to Appendix "A" attached to By-law 266/75
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Harvey W. Allen, carrying L-22 C.1 Liverpool A, E & F
on business as Harvey's Road
Texaco
and by adding thereto the following:
Albert Samarillo, carrying Brock Road/ A
on business as Claremont Concession 9 Road
Garage
Gregory L. Williams, car- 1799 Liverpool Road A
rying on business as
Pickering Wash 'n' Wax
3. Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached to By-law 266/75 is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Claremont Motors L-18 C.9 Claremont C, F & H
and by adding thereto the following:
Sonic Automobile
Enterprises Limited
Robert Wayne Bayard,
carrying on business as
