BY-LAW NUMBER 814/78
A By-law of the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering to appoint
a Planning Director for the Town
of Pickering.
WHEREAS Section 352, subsection 63 of The Municipal
Act, R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284, authorizes the appoint-
ment of certain officers for the purpose of the
Corporation;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Mr. Richard Tsao is hereby appointed
Planning Director for the Town of
Pickering, effective May 1, 1978.
2. The duties of the said Planning Director
shall be those as defined in the pertain-
ing job description and from time to time
by the Town Manager.
3. By-law 521/76 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first, second and third time and Passed
this 15th day of May 1978.
