THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER 801/78
Being a By-law to dedicate certain lands
as a public highway (Part 2, Plan 40R-4203)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner
in fee simple of certain lands being Part 2 on Plan of Refer-
ence 40R-4203, Town of Pickering;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as
a public highway;
THE COUICIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A"
hereto, which schedule is hereby made a part of this
By-law, are hereby dedicated as a public highway.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this First day of May , 1978.
SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land in the
Town of Pickering in the Regional Municipality of Durham and
Province of Ontario and being composed of that part of Parcel
Q-1, according to a plan registered in the Land Titles Office
for the Registry Division of Durham as Plan M-1058, designated
as Part 2 on a plan of survey of record registered in the said
Office as Plan 40R-4203.
