THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER 788/78
Being a Restricted Area By-law to amend
Restricted Area By-law 781/78 which
implements the Official Plan of the Town
of Pickering District Planning Area,
Region of Durham, in Part Lot 28,
Concession 1, Town of Pickering.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule B of By-law 781/78 is hereby
amended by adding under the heading
PROVISIONS, the following:
"4. Where semi-detached dwellings
are attached below grade and
and separated above grade, such
separation shall be a minimum
of 4 feet."
2. This By-law shall come into force and
take effect upon being passed by
Council, subject to the approval of
the Ontario Municipal Board.
By-law read a first, second and third time
and PASSED the 3rd day of April
197 8 .
