BY-LAW NUMBER 787/78
A By-law of The Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to appoint a
Community Centres Board to manage
and administer certain Community
Centres and Athletic Fields within
the Community Recreation Centres
Act Regulations made thereunder.
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering
enacts as follows:
(1) That the following named persons comprise a duly
appoi nted Community Centres Board for the year
1978.
(a) Mayor John Anderson
(b) Councillor Norah Geraghty
(c) Councillor Laurie Cahill
(d) Councillor Gerald Fisher
(e) Councillor Donald Kitchen
(f) Councillor Kenneth Matheson
(g) Councillor Alex Robertson
(II) That the above-named duly appointed Board administer the
following Community Centres and Athletic Fields.
1. Brougham Community Centre,

Fields in conformity with the Community Recreation Centres
Act, 1974, S.O. 1974, Chapter 80, and the Regulations made
thereunder.
(IV) By-law 756/78 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a First, Second and Third time and PASSED this 3rd
day of April 1978.
