Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of an Agreement between the Town of Pickering
and Mario Zuccarini Construction Limited
with respect to Part of Lots 1 to 5, Plan 189
and Part of Lot 33, Range 3, B.F.C. Pickering
(LD 123/77) File Number B 2310.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute an Agreement between the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and Mario Zuccarini
Construction Limited with respect to Part
of Lots 1 to 5, Plan 189 and Part of Lot 33,
Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering (LD 123/77).
By-Law read a first, second and third time and finally
passed this 20th day of March 1978.
