THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER 773/78
Being a By-law to dedicate certain lands
as a public highway pursuant to Section
443 of The Municipal Act, R.S.O., 1970,
(Block T, Plan M-1038)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner
in fee simple of certain lands being Block T , Plan M-1038;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands
as a public highway;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A"
hereto, which schedule is hereby made a part of this
by-law, are hereby dedicated as a public highway.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED this
Sixth day of March 1978.
SCHEDULE "A" TO BY-LAW 773/78
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land in
the Town of Pickering in the Regional Municipality of
Durham and Province of Ontario and being composed of
Block T, according to a plan registered in the Land Titles
Office for the Registry Division of Durham as Plan M-1038.
