BY-LAW NUMBER 985/79
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 266/75
limiting the number of service stations and
public garages.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering hereby
enacts as follows:
1. Section "A" of Part 2 of By-law Number 266/75 is hereby
repealed and the following substituted therefor:
A. The number of public garages which may be operated
or used in the Town of Pickering is limited to 28
being those listed in Appendix "A" and shown on
Schedule 2 attached hereto.
2. Schedule 1 to Appendix "A" attached to By-law 266/75 is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Ed's Shell
L. 31, R. 3
Rosebank/#2 Hwy "A" & "G"
And by adding thereto the following:
Joe Muccillo, 478 Kingston Road "A", "B" & "F"
carrying on business
as Joe's Garage
3. Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached to By-law 266/75 is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
John Strachan, Pt. Lot 14, Plan 10
carrying on business Brougham Road "G"
as Kodiak Racing
Enterprises
Auto-Truck Rust- 973 Brock Road South "F"
Proofing Pickering
Ltd. carrying on
business as Thruway
Muffler Centre
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 7th day of may 1979.
