BY-LAW NUMBER 945/79
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 266/75
limiting the number of service stations and
public garages.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering hereby
enacts as follows:
1. Section "A" of Part 1 of By-law Number 266/75 is hereby
repealed and the following substituted therefor:
A. The number of automobile service stations which may
be operated or used in the Town of Pickering is
limited to 25 being those listed in Appendix "A"
and shown on Schedule 1 attached hereto.
2. Section "A" of Part 2 of By-law Number 266/75 is hereby
repealed and the following substituted therefor:
A. The number of public garages which may be operated
or used in the Town of Pickering is limited to 26
being those listed in Appendix "A" and shown on
Schedule 2 attached hereto.
3. Schedule 1 to Appendix "A" attached to By-law 266/75
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

and by adding thereto the following:
