BY-LAW NO. 1067/79
Being a By-Law to repeal By-Law 969/79
and By-Law 1030/79, authorizing the
execution of certain Agreements between
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and Hollinger Construction Limited,
respecting Lot 31, Plan 350, Pickering
(Draft Plan 18T-77006)
WHEREAS, Hollinger Construction Limited proposed to sub-
divide and register a plan of subdivision of Lot 31, Plan 350,
according to Draft Plan of Subdivision 1ST-77006 as approved
by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering on
June 20th, 1977; and
WHEREAS, in furtherance thereof, the Council of the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-Law 969/79,
on March 19th, 1979, authorizing the execution of a Subdivision
Agreement between the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Hollinger Construction Limited respecting Draft Plan 18T-77006;
and
WHEREAS, at t

Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted
July 30th, 1979, authorizing the execution
the Subdivision Agreement between the
Town of Pickering and Hollinger Construction
Draft Plan 18T-77006; and
WHEREAS, Hollinger Construction Limited has submitted
revised Draft Plan of Subdivision 18T-77006(R) to the Council
of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering for its approval;
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering has approved the Revised Draft Plan of Subdivision
18T-77006(R) and has rescinded its approval dated June 20th,
1977 of Draft Plan of Subdivision 18T-77006; and
WHEREAS, therefore, By-Law 969/79 and By-Law 1030/79 are
redundant;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-Law 969/79 is hereby repealed.
2. By-Law 1030/79 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 3rd day of December , 1979.
