THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER 1063/70.
Being a By-law to amend By-law 851/78
providing for the regulating of parking,
standing and stopping on highways or
parts of highways under the jurisdiction
of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and on private and Municipal property and to
designate school bus loading zones.
WHEREAS, By-law 851/78, as amended by By-law 877/78, 884/78,
895/78 and 967/79 provides for regulating of parking, standing
and stopping on highways or parts of highways under the juris-
diction of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and on
private and Municipal property, and to designate school bus
loading zones; and
WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to amend that By-law;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 851/78, as added thereto
by By-law 877/78 and amended by By-law 967/79
is hereby repealed and the Schedule attached
hereto as Schedule I to this By-law is substituted
therefor.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 19th day of November, 1979.
