HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 1032/79THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 1032/79 Being a By-Law to authorize the execution of a Transfer from the Corporation of the Town of Pickering to Luisa Andreu of Part of Block R-1, Plan M-1058 (Part 4, Plan 40R-4203) TOVIN C PiClC!ii^:f WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee simple of that part of Block R-1, Plan M-1058, designated as Part 4 on Plan 40R-4203; and WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to convey those lands to the abutting owner in order to provide access to the public highway known as Parkside Drive; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer, in the form attached hereto as Schedule "A", from the Corporation of the Town of Pickering to Luisa Andreu of Part of Block R-1, Plan M-1058 (Part 4, Plan 40R-4203).
