BY-LAW NO. 1025/79
Being a By-Law to dedicate certain lands
as a public highway (Part Lot 11, Concession
5, Greenridge Drive).
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is
the owner in fee simple of Part Lot 11, Concession 5,
Greenridge Drive, Town of Pickering; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands
as a public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule
"A" hereto, are hereby dedicated as a public high-
way.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 30th day of July , 1979.

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises in the Town of Pickering in the Regional Municipality
of Durham and Province of Ontario and being composed of that
part of Lot 11 in the Fifth Concession of the said Town,
which parcel is more particularly described as follows:
PREMISING that the bearing of the south limit of Greenridge
Drive as set out on a plan registered in the Registry Office
for the Registry Division of Durham as Plan No 555 is North
seventy degrees, fifty-seven minutes East (N70 57'E) and
relating thereto all bearings used herein;
COMMENCING at the south-west angle of Lot 5 according to the
said plan of subdivision registered in the Registry Office
for the Registry Division of Durham as Plan 555;
THENCE on a circular curve to the west, having a radius of
50.0 feet and having its centre on the westerly production
of the centre line of Greenridge Drive as shown on the said
Plan 555, to a point of intersection with the westerly pro-
duction of the south limit of the said Greenridge Drive, an
arc distance of 242.08 feet more or less;
THENCE N70057'E along the said westerly production to the
north-west angle of Lot 6 according to the said Plan 555, a
distance of 0.06 feet;
THENCE N19006'W along the west limit of the said Plan 555 a
distance of 66.0 feet to the POINT OF COMMENCEMENT.
