BY-LAW NO. 1014/79
Being a By-Law to dedicate certain lands
as a public highway (Blocks A and B,
Plan M-1141).
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is
the owner in fee simple of Blocks A and B, Plan M-1141,
Town of Pickering; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to dedicate those
lands as a public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule
"A" hereto, are hereby dedicated as a public high-
way.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally
passed this 3rd day of July , 1979.

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises in the Town of Pickering in the Regional Munici-
pality of Durham and Province of Ontario and being com-
posed of all of Blocks A and B, according to a plan reg-
istered in the Land Titles Office for the Registry
Division of Durham as Plan No. M-1141.
