BY-LAW NO. 6083/03
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of
a Transfer of Easement for stormwater
purposes from the Owner of that part of Lot
4, Registrar's Compiled Plan 1041, Pickering,
designated as Part 8, Plan 40R-21388.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Land Division Committee Application LD 66/02, the Owner is
required to grant an easement in favour of the City over that part of Lot 4, Registrar's
Compiled Plan 1041, Pickering, designated as Part 8, Plan 40R-21388.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45,
the Council of the City may pass by-laws for acquiring or disposing of interests in lands;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of Easement,
in a form satisfactory to the Solicitor for the City over that part of Lot 4,
Registrar's Compiled Plan 1041, Pickering, designated as Part 8, Plan
40R-21388.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of January,
