BY-LAW NO. 1207/80
Being a By-Law to dedicate certain lands as
public highway (Part Lot 35, Concession 2,
Pickering - Part 1, Plan 40R-581 - Scarborough
Townline Road)
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of
certain lands being Part of Lot 35, Concession 2, Town of Pickering
(Part 1, Plan 40R-581); and
i' WHEREAS, it is deemed desirable to dedicate those lands as a public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A"
attached hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part
of this By-Law, are hereby dedicated as public highway
(Part Lot 35, Concession 2, Pickering - Part 1, Plan
40R-581; Scarborough Townline Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 15th day of December 1 1980.
SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises
situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering in the Regional
Municipality of Durham and Province of Ontario and being composed
of that part of Lot 35, Concession 2, designated as Part 1 on a
plan of reference deposited in the Registry Office for the Registry
Division of Durham (No. 40) as Plan 40R-581.
