BY-LAW NUMBER 1193/80
Being a Restricted Area By-law to amend
Restricted Area By-law 3036, as amended
to implement the Official Plan of the
Town of Pickering District Planning Area
Region of Durham, on Part of Lots 23 and
24, Concession 2, in the Town of Pickering.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
passed By-law 1104/80, amending By-law 3036, on the 17th day of
March 1980, to permit the development of single family detached
dwellings on the subject lands, being part of Lots 23 and 24,
Concession 2, Pickering;
AND WHEREAS By-law 1104/80 did not require the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering now deems it desirable to amend By-law 1104/80
because of certain modifications to the lotting pattern;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. SCHEDULE AMENDMENT
Schedule "I" to By-law 1104/80 is hereby revoked and
Schedule "I" to this By-law hereby substituted therefor.
2. EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing
hereof, subject to the approval of the Ontario Municipal
Board, if required.

READ A THIRD TIME AND PASSED THIS 20th DAY OF October , 1980.
