THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER 1175/80
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number
55/74.
WHEREAS By-law Number 55/74 prohibits heavy traffic on
certain highways within the Municipality, and;
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to restrict further highways
from heavy traffic;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 2 of By-law Number 55/74 as amended by
By-laws 140/74, 438/76, 509/76, 703/77 and
750/78 is hereby further amended by adding
thereto the following:

Rougemount Drive Kingston Road Altona Road
(King's Highway (Durham Regional
No. 2) Road No. 27)
2. This by-law shall not take effect until approved by
the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this
6th day of October 1980
