BY-LAW NUMBER 1157/80
Being a Restricted Area By-law to amend
Restricted Area By-law 3036, as amended,
to repeal By-law 1137/80.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering on the 2nd day of June, 1980, enacted By-law
1137/80 to implement the Official Plan of the Town of
Pickering District Planning Area, Region of Durham,
in Part Lots 20, 21 and 22, Concession 1, in the Town
of Pickering;
AND WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to repeal By-law
1137/80 prior to it coming into force;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 1137/80 is hereby repealed.
2. This By-law shall take effect from the date of
passing hereof.
BY-LAW READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY
PASSED THIS 7th DAY OF July , 1980.
