THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW 1153/80
Being a By-Law to repeal By-Law 495/76
respecting the Reserve Fund - Lot
Development Fees.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 308(1)
of The Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1970, c.284, the Council of the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-Law 495/76
on October 18th, 1976 to establish a Reserve Fund for Lot
Development Fees collected; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 242a
of the said Act, the Council enacted By-Law C-1 on November
19th, 1979 to establish the Town of Pickering Municipal
Code, section 2310.2 of which incorporates within that Code
the provisions of By-Law 495/76; and
WHEREAS, the Council enacted By-Law C-9 on July
7th, 1980, section 3 of which revoked By-Law 2310.2 of the
said Code;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-Law 495/76 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 7th day of July , 1980.
