HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 1147/80THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 1147/80 Being a By-law to dedicate certain lands as public highway (Part Lot 29 and 30, Range 3, B.F.C. - Ironstone Manor and Granite Court). WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of certain lands being parts of Lots 29 and 30, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Town of Pickering (Parts 14, 15, 18, 20, 21 and 44, Plan 40R-4715); and WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to dedicate those lands as a public highway; NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this By-law, are hereby dedicated as public highway (Part Lots 29 and 30, R.3, B.F.C. - Parts 14, 15, 18, 20, 21 and 44, Plan 40R-4715; Ironstone Manor and Granite Court). BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 7th day of July , 1980. TOWN OF PIC:I![=R1 G A!='i i :iV D M V LEC.:1L CBhT. 1 Jerk SCHEDULE "A" to By-law 1147/80 ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province of Ontario and being composed of, FIRSTLY, those parts of Lot 29, Range 3, Broken Front concession, designated as Parts 14, 15, 18, 20 and 21 on Plan 40R-4715, each of which Part is a part of Parcel Pickering B.F. 3-29-1 in the register for the said Town; and SECONDLY, that part of Lot 30, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, designated as Part 44 on Plan 40R-4715, which Part is a part of Parcel Pickering B.F. 3-30-1 in the register for the said Town.
